Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At WattLagi, we want to ensure a smooth exchange process for you. As we rely on trusted delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. for return, our delivery partners charge us for the reverse pickup from your location.To streamline this process and make it convenient for you, we kindly request customers to contribute to the one-way delivery charges, and deduct ₹50 from total refundable amount.

If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate reverse pick up from our end and once the product is received at our warehouse and inspected, we'll refund the amount in your original payment method. In case of COD, we'll ask you for NEFT/Bank account details.

Damages and issues
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. For refunds, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days after the delivery. Post which, no refund will be issued. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours from the time of placement of order.
